Since 1992, the World Championship Barbados Cookoff, referred to as just “Barbados” is one of the most unique events of its kind in West Texas. Held over the Memorial Day weekend 10 different cooking events taking place over the weekend. The event draws some of the best cookers that West Texas has to offer and has dished out some of the best barbecue cuisine anywhere.
